How physiotherapy for women can help

Physiotherapy can make a real difference in how you move, feel, and function day-to-day. Many women come to us when ongoing aches, tightness, or fatigue start interfering with work, exercise, or simple daily tasks. And remember, physiotherapy is for every woman, no matter your age, activity level, or background.

What’s involved in a physiotherapy consultation?

A pelvic floor assessment is a thorough evaluation conducted by a specialised physiotherapist to understand your specific needs and develop an effective treatment plan. Here’s what to expect:

Initial Consultation

Your physiotherapist will discuss your symptoms, medical history, and goals.

Physical Examination

Depending on your symptoms, this may include assessing posture, pelvic alignment, abdominal muscles, and movement ranges.

Personalised Treatment & Plan

We will provide a hands-on focused treatment, alongside exercises, advice and education to assist your concerns. Your tailored treatment plan will be also provided to ensure your issue does not occur again.

Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and supported throughout the process, aiming for the best possible outcomes.
